Oasis Dental Practice

Location: Belmore Street, Enniskillen

We were appointed to strip-out an existing office fit-out back to shell and convert to a new dental practice fit-out for 6 dental surgeries and auxillary dental, staff and patient Toilets & facilities. This was one of the first practices opened by Oasis Dental Care Ltd in Northern Ireland.

The works included the design & construction of M&E, Lighting, AC and heating, HRV System, CCTV, Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting and drainage. The works were completed in 6 weeks and were handed over to the Client ready for immediate occupation.
