ProfileTracey Brothers have more than 60 years' experience of all kinds of building and construction work. Starting from the beginning in construction of houses and farm buildings, many of which are still in use today. From those beginnings as a partnership, we have become a medium-sized company with over eighty full-time staff, operating throughout Northern Ireland and many northern counties of the Republic of Ireland.

Over the years, Tracey Brothers' reputation has been built on providing a skilled workforce and a disciplined management team that delivers contracts completed entirely to our clients' satisfaction and within the allotted timescale.

The range of construction over the years has seen us develop new roads, water treatment plants, hospitals, schools, leisure centres, shopping centres, factories, hotels and cinema complexes, apartments, banks, office blocks, equestrian centres, churches, agricultural buildings, supermarkets (including fit-outs) and health centres.

We have over twenty years experience in contract management and specialising in management of design and build projects, providing fully serviced buildings and landscaped sites to client specification. Out success has been built on a reputation for quality, right through from design to completion.  We have negotiated projects based on our past experience, where people know we have the resources and ability to complete projects to a high standard.

This expreience has qualified us as a Chartered Building Company. Our membership is testament to the quality of works, management, personnel and systems and the integrity and ethos we operate within the industry.

Tracey Brothers are now one of the major building contractors in Ireland, with a group turnover in excess of £26million.

Head OfficeOur own specialist divisions and associates can handle all stages of the construction project. Over the years, we have been proud to witness prestigious awards being presented for various contracts which we have managed.

One project merited such an award was the Queens Square Apartment Development. Our Site Manager on this project has been awarded a "Quality Award" and the "Seal of Excellence Winning Site Manager 2002" from the NHBC in conjunction with their "Pride in the Job Award". This is the 5th occasion in which our Site Managers have been awarded Quality Awards.

We received an R.I.B.A. Award for the Ulster Equestrian Centre, the Collegiate, Jones Memorial and Model Schools in Enniskillen. Three Civic Trust Awards and a Landscaping Award for the Best Medium sized Private Housing Development in Northern Ireland.

The construction industry in Northern Ireland is under pressure to improve its service with continuous improvements in quality and price. As contractors we aim to deliver upon this. At present, we have ISO9001;2008 - a Quality Management System to recognise how we carry out our management system.

We operate an Environmental Management System to improve the company's performance and reduce waste as demanded by current legislation. In February 2008 we completed our initial external audits for external environmental accreditation and in March 2008 achieved ISO 14001:2004 accreditation.
