The School of Management & Executive Education Centre at Riddel Hall for Queen's University Belfast has recently recieved a number of awards.
The Restoration Project at Riddel Hall received its first recognition when it was 'Highly Commended' in the Category of Building Conservation in the 2012 RICS Awards Northern Ireland.
The Project also received a Commendation in the Conservation Category of the RSUA Design Awards 2012.
This was closely followed by an Award at the CEF+Specify Construction Excellence Awards 2012. The project was a Finalist for the Restoration Award for the Phase 1 works and was the overall winner of the Education Infrastructure Award for Phase 2 of the Works.

A previous achievement in our continual improvement programme was our Bronze Considerate Constructors Scheme 2011 National Award.
The award was achieved for North West Regional College Strand Road Campus Buildings.
The site was particularly commended for the high standards reached in the categories of: Considerate, Environment, Cleanliness, Respectful, Safe, Responsible & Accountable and for its exceptional achievements in the categories of: Neighbour.
These prestigious Awards are only presented to the top performing 7.5% of sites inspected by the Considerate Constructors Scheme Monitors. The Awards recognise sites' excellent standards of consideration towards their workforce, their neighbours and the environment.
