The final audit under the Considerate Constructors Scheme was recently carried out at North West Regional College. The project achieved a score of 36.5, falling into the ' exceptionally good site' category. The average score of all registered sites is 30, with sites scoring over 35 being considered for national awards. This NWRC site achieved a score of five points in the ‘good neighbour' section of the audit. Five points are only are only given where a site is doing something exceptional and unique, as well as working to a very high standard.
