Sandy Lane is our latest and most advanced homes we have constructed to date.  Constructed to the highest quality and fitted out with quality materials.  Sandy Lane represents a development which is our benchmark for quality.

The houses start from 1800sq.ft to over 3300sq.ft.  Constructed with Belgian brick and Kingspan's highly Thermafloor and Thermawall insulation provide good insulation properties and ultimate energy efficiency.  Combining this with the 'air to water' heat pumps used to heating the underfloor heating system.  This can be used with the Economy 7 low tariff rating to provide lower running costs.  The roof have minimum 300mm rockwool insulation.Windows are 1.8KW/mm2 U value and 'K' glass Low E providing excellent energy rating.

All houses are golden oak double glazed windows, oak doors, architrave and skirting.  Majority of houses have minimum two ensuites.  Sanityware is the Laufen range.

The Osprey, Sandy Lane
