The commencement of the contract to construct the new Concourse III building at Northern Ireland Science Park was celebrated on Wednesday the 2nd of September 2015 when the Minister of Enterprise, Trade & Investment, Mr Jonathan Bell attended site.
The new 5 storey building will provide in excess of 10,000 sq. ft. of lettable space on each floor.
Having successfully complete the Concourse II development in 2012 Tracey Brothers are delighted to be back commencing Concourse III.
