DARD Atek Building

Location: Edenaveys Industrial Estate, Armagh

The works comprised Internal refurbishment and external alterations to a substantial part of a single storey partially occupied building to provide DARD Direct Accommodation at the Atek Building located on the outskirts of the Edenaveys Industrial Estate. The works included the provision of a new mechanical and electrical installation to comply with current best practice and regulation and the IT and telephony infrastructure to comply with current NICS guidelines.
