Location: College Street, Belfast

The contract was for the provision of Design & Construction of internal refurbishment and fit-out of an existing six storey City Centre Office Building with enhancement of external windows and doors and alterations to basement stores and car-parking. The main elements of the works were:

• Dry-lining and insulating external walls to comply with current Building Regulations
• Complete new internal partition layout including high acoustic performance joinery & office partitions
• New Ceilings
• Modifications to staircase
• Mechanical ventilation to all areas
• Air Conditioning
• New Heating Installations
• Alteration & Improvements to windows
• Provision of Kitchen & Toilet facilities on each floor
• Plastering, painting & decoration / Floor Coverings / Furniture
• New entrance lobbies, sliding doors & roller shutters
• Complete new electrical installations including fire alarms, intruder alarms, IT Infrastructure & controlled access.
