The works comprised the refurbishment and fit-out of areas within levels -1, 1, 2 and 3 of the building and included the provision of internal partitions, floor, wall & ceiling finishes, fittings & fixtures along with Mechanical & Electrical and a 5 storey lift installation into the building. Works also included the locating of plant on the roof of the existing building.
Level 0 and part of Level 1 of the building remained occupied and functioning for the duration of the works. Our site management team liaised regular with occupants & QUB Estates to ensure all interface works, i.e. services connections into occupied areas were carried out a pre-planned and agreed times with minimal disruption to end users. Alteration works were carried out to existing services, finishes, fixtures & fittings on Level 0 and Level 1.
