Lanyon Tower (West)
Location: Lanyon Place, Belfast
We have completed the Fit-Out of the West Tower at Lanyon Place, Belfast for Oxford Street Capital Ltd
The works included the shell and core works to the Lower Ground Floor Reception/Corridor; Toilet & Lift Lobby fit-outs to floors 5 – 11; Lower ground floor to floor 11 stair fit-outs and ground floor to 5th floor stairs of the East Tower; Walkways, ramps & Landscaping to Podium Level; Remedial works to existing curtain walling and completion of external render at 5th Floor.
CAT A Fit-Out was completed to Levels 6 – 7 and CAT B Fit-Out to levels 5, 8 – 11 along with associated M&E installations.
