The ”topping out” ceremony at our Concourse III site took place on Wednesday 23rd March 2016, led by Minister of Enterprise, Trade and Investment Jonathan Bell. We were delighted to host Minister Bell and Mr Mervyn Watley, NI Science Park Director of Corporate Real Estate & Facilities.
Concourse III is the final element of the ‘Concourse’ development. Constructed to a high specification, including a web enabled building management system and incorporating a number of energy efficiency measures, the building provides the Belfast Campus with a further 55,000 sq.ft of net lettable space over five storeys including wet lab facilities alongside technology workspace.
