Works commenced in April 2016 on the refurbishment of the existing office block accommodation at 2 & 4 Bruce Street in Belfast City Centre.
On this project we are providing a full Design & Build service to modernise the existing building which currently does not meet the required accommodation performance standards for a modern high quality Government office building.
The two adjoining 4 storey buildings when completed will provide fully accessible, efficient, modern, high quality office accommodation to Workplace NI standards, that maximises space density and helps contribute to the effective delivery of the Government programmes within the long term Government Strategy of ‘consolidating the size of the NICS office estate and maximising the utilisation of space’.
