The works on this project comprise strip-out works for the refurbishment of the existing Post Graduate Lecture Theatre comprising minor reconfiguration of existing theatre entrances, demolitions & alterations, new internal doors, wall, floor & ceiling finishes, new lecture theatre seating and associated fixtures, fittings & equipment, mechanical & electrical installations including associated builder’s works in connection and containment of AV installations.
