CIOB Team Award
Tracey Brothers are delighted to have been shortlisted as a finalist in the prestigious Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Awards 2022.
Our South West College Erne Campus is the first educational building worldwide to achieve the highest international standard in environmental constructions – PassivHaus Premium and BREEAM Outstanding – and has now made it to the final three in the CIOB Team Award Category.
The CIOB Team Award celebrates the collaboration and combined efforts of groups of people working together to meet a combined goal.
The overall winner will be unveiled at the CIOB Awards night at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on the 28th of September 2022.
CEF Construction Excellence Awards
We are delighted to have been chosen as Finalist in two categories in the Construction Employers Federation (CEF) Construction Excellence Awards
The Erne Campus completed for the South West College has been chosen as a Finalist in the Education Project of the Year Category
Tracey Brother’s Contracts Manager Donal McGloin has been selected as a finalist in the Construction Person of the Year – Outstanding Contributor 15 years+
We look forward to the judging visits and the awards event at the Crowne Plaza on October 6th 2022.
