We have immediate vacancies for the following roles for varying locations NI and ROI:

Quantity Surveyor(s)

Join our established Surveying team assisting in the management of multiple project budgets.

You will have the opportunity to liaise with Clients, Design Teams and our Supply Chain whilst preparing interim valuations, final accounts, variations and cost projections and to work with both Contracts and Site Managers to ensure costs are managed enabling works to be completed within budget.

Applicants should have a professional qualification/degree in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 2 years’ experience.


Contracts Manager

You will be responsible for liaising with clients, consultant design teams, local & statutory authorities & supply chain members. Role will involve planning and programming of work, liaising with site management, health and safety, environmental & quality control departments to ensuring the work is delivered to programme, budget and specification.

Applicants should possess wide contractual experience including NEC, JCT and GC Works, commercial awareness, excellent technical knowledge, good team working ethos & organisational skills. Extensive main contracting background is essential.


Trade Skilled Foreperson(s)

Role involves planning and managing site labour, subcontractors, plant and materials to ensure works carried out on site to a high quality on programme as well as implementing Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality systems and maintaining site records.

Applicants should hold Site Manager card or equivalent, have good communication skills, good knowledge of standard construction technical details, and the ability to manage trades to produce high quality whilst working within an overall site management team.
