Tracey Brothers were delighted to have been presented with the Fit-Out Project of the Year Award for the Cardinal Newman Library Refurbishment at St. Mary’s University College Belfast at the Construction Employers Federation (CEF) Construction Excellence Awards, held on 5th of October 2023.
The judges recognised the project as a catalyst for uniting other buildings on the complex and with connections to the surrounding local community, showcasing collaboration, innovation and accessibility.
